By using NodOff you agree to these terms. NodOff is a location-based alarm that helps you wake up or get notified as you approach a transit stop you select.
Not a guaranteed service
NodOff depends on your device's location, operating system, permissions, battery, and network. It may be delayed or fail to alert you. Do not rely on NodOff as your only safeguard for critical situations. It is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for missed stops or any resulting damages to the extent permitted by law.
Your responsibilities
Keep the required permissions (location, notifications) enabled for the alarm to work, and use the app lawfully and safely. Don't misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
Subscriptions & billing
NodOff Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Termination
You may stop using NodOff and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for misuse.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
