Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

NodOff (“we”, “us”) is a transit alarm that wakes you when you approach a stop you choose. This policy explains what we collect and why. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

  • Location. To run the alarm, the app monitors your device location — including in the background — and compares it to the stops you set. Geofence monitoring happens on your device; we do not continuously stream or store your location history on our servers. A record may be created when an alarm fires.
  • Account. Your email address and authentication are handled by our login provider (Clerk) so you can sign in and sync your alarms.
  • Your alarms. The stops, labels, radius, and icons you create.
  • Subscription status. Purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat; we store whether your account is Free or Pro. We never see your card details.

How we use it

Solely to provide the service: trigger your arrival alarms, sync your alarms to your account, and enforce Free vs Pro features. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on: Clerk (authentication), Neon (database hosting), Vercel (app hosting), RevenueCat and Apple (in-app purchases). Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account and alarms until you delete them or your account. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email below and we'll remove it.

Children

NodOff is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
